The rooms have a large communal area with a sofa.

I faced several frustrating issues . It took an eternity to check in due to a reservation mix-up, which completely set a negative tone for my visit. There were significant noise disturbances from the air conditioning units outside my room. Lastly, the uncomfortable bed and terrible pillows made each night a struggle, not at all what I expected.

The employees were efficient and attentive all the time. Our room was updated and complete with kettle for hot water, air conditioner plus updated bathroom.

Huge and impressive room with a large bed. Practical location within easy walking distance of Mamquam Spawning Channels. Pleasant and attentive staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge.

I loved how spacious the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was, with a large communal area with a sofa and chairs, a work desk, and a coffee machine. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

Other shops convenient

Staff, 3 different ones and not a smile from any of them or a simple greeting. Most of all you are in the mountains, where are the screens for the patio doors. Also no senior discount was offered

Look for the hidden ice machine between floors 2 and 3. It's a great social spot during your stay.

Room was not fully clean. Even found used dental floss on the bathroom wall.

Proximity to Samurai Sushi and other conveniences.

Noise from air conditioning units outside the room made for a sleepless night. The wooden floors above allowed every footstep to echo into my room. Room cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dust accumulation on surfaces from the previous guest's stay.

It was very reasonably priced, the rooms are huge, and the location very convenient for any mountain activities. 50 minutes to Whistler/Blackcomb. Excellent staff. Several restaurants within a block or 2.

The hotel seems to be a shadow of what it once was. In it's prime it was probably a good conference center. It had a restaurant which has been closed for a few months, and they claim the plan is to reopen it for summer. There is a bar that is still open, but they don't serve food (since the restaurant is closed)

The hotel is being renovated and we had a new room which was nice. The hotel inside is not what you expect from the outside - from the parking lot it looks like a typical motel but inside it is like a very nice new hotel. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was live music in the bar/pub downstairs which meant it was a bit noisy until the early morning but otherwise it was OK. Mentioned to reception who apologised and explained that they couldn't give us room at the other end of hotel as this area was currenclty under renovation. The staff were very friendly.
